When a build gap appears: open a finding issue, create or adopt a skill, and apply it on the next cut. That loop is the address for historical gaps. It is not a new FR or NFR. Do not claim this repo or the AEA harness is antifragile.
Café Fausse App ran that loop on 2026-09-12: sibling issues #206–#212 plus the Grok skills in the tables above; this PR is the Knowledge matrix (#205). Sibling #214 (Keep learning skill, Grok id keep-learning-and-apply) is documented here and stays open.
